Library “Friends” Membership Provides Community Services

Friends of the Library is pleased to announce that membership in the Fountain Hills Library Association (Friends of the Library) is easily available through PayPal, as well as other options, at this site. Just click on “Membership.” With no additional participation, a $15.00 membership supports and promotes library programs, new art and regular new library enhancements.

The Library Book Shop, located to the right as you enter the library, and sponsored by Friends of the Library, continues to be a cool stopping place for favorite books at a bargain price. Hundreds of hard cover, paperback, fiction, non-fiction and children’s books are available for browsing at your leisure. Also a new magazine rack has been purchased by the Friends of the Library for easy viewing.

A recent improvement funded by Friends of the Library (FHLA) is a new, sound system which enhances the enjoyment of programs at the library, such as the Authors Series and teen programs. Other popular library programs funded by FHLA are children’s and adult reading programs, art in the library, etc…

All this and more is made possible by your FHLA membership, donations and support of the Library Book Shop!

Author Series

The Fountain Hills Library Association (Friends of the Library) sponsors several author programs yearly. Look for future presentations which are being scheduled in 2013.

Fountain Hills Library Association is dedicated to assisting in the support of programs, facilities and activities of the Fountain Hills Library. FHLA strives to focus public attention on Fountain Hills Library services, facilities and needs. We promote cultural, educational, and recreational activities within the Library. We assist in sponsoring programs for the extension and improvement of Library services and resources. We aid in providing equipment and other facilities for the Library.
